Track Your Order: When we receive a tracking number(s) we will notify you so that you may follow your delivery at your convenience.
Returns: Log into your 'My Account". Go to the 'Add Request' and notify us of any problems with your gift within 30 days for a return authorization.
Shipping: Once an order is placed most gifts usually ship within 24-48 business hours, with an exception for Engraveable Gifts and Customers will be notified as to the ship date. Gift deliveries are handled by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Others) as soon as possible using standard ground shipping. Thank you for allowing 7- 10 business days for delivery. During major holidays we encourage ordering well in advance to avoid delays due to heavy holiday shipping and delivery times.
Out of Stock: If a Gift becomes out of stock after an Order has been placed, we will make every effort to recommend other similar Gifts or refund the amount of the purchase.
Multiple product orders: We will make every attempt to ship all items contained in an order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
